We will indulge Indulge in the time-honored tradition of the Argentinian Parrillada, expertly prepared by Executive Chef Barroz, a native of Argentina who delights in sharing the flavors of his homeland. And of course, no asado would be complete without a glass or two of fine Argentine wine.

Valdencanto is a small, sustainable boutique winery, renowned for its handcrafted wines sourced from vines planted atop an ancient ocean bed. These exclusive small production wines are only available at Palermo Bistro.
